SUMMARY & CONCLUSION

This work has clearly demonstrated that while there are many provisions for assisting youth aging out of foster care that the provisions of services varying from one state and locality to another. Youth aging out of foster care are a high-risk group in several areas including education, housing, healthcare, and mental health. The existing services and funding, while assisting these youth aging out of the formal foster care program still has many gaps in service provision that need addressing in order to bring about a reduction in risk in these areas for these youth......
