Agile PM PhilosophyThere are many advantages to implementing an Agile project management philosophy in my current position as a manager. One of the most important advantages is that it can help to improve communication and collaboration between team members (Larson & Gray, 2017). Traditional project management approaches can often be quite hierarchical, with clear lines of communication between managers and subordinates. This can lead to a lot of frustration and misunderstanding, as team members can feel that they are not being given the opportunity to provide input or express their ideas. Agile project management philosophies encourage a more collaborative approach, where team members are encouraged to work together to solve problems and come up with creative solutions (Larson & Gray, 2017). This can lead to greater satisfaction and motivation among team members, as well as improved communication and productivity for the entire department.Another advantage of Agile project management in my current position is that it can help to improve the quality of the products and services that are being delivered. This is because an Agile approach focuses on delivering working software and products early and often, rather than trying to complete everything all at once at the end of the project (Larson & Gray, 2017). This in turn means that team members have the opportunity to get feedback from users or customers early on, and they can make changes or adjustments based on this feedback. Feedback is really important in making sure outcomes are quality and satisfactory to the client—and the constant exchange of ideas and updates is crucial for success (Larson & Gray, 2017).

Lastly, continuous improvement is important in order to ensure that the project is always moving forward and making progress. By implementing these key principles, project managers can set their teams up for success and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. And by following these principles, I believe that my organization could hope to create better products and services….....
