Boeing Company

The mission statement of the Boeing Company is fairly simple, as it is based on the company functioning as a global enterprise that is unified and a leader in the aerospace industry. The company seeks to attain that leadership in this particular vertical industry through a number of different means, foremost of which includes embracing diversity and utilizing international resources, concepts and employees to truly earn its regard as an global organization. It seeks to actively amalgamate the aforementioned resources and to pool through them to actuate a degree of solidarity in the company and in its actions. To this end it is involved in a number of different processes within several international settings. Globalization, then, is one of the chief ways in which The Boeing Company attempts to fulfill its mission as operating as a leader in aeronautics. This organization also hopes to maintain a leadership presence in this space with a dedicated sense of productivity and innovation, for which it has come to be known.

There are actually several different reasons that I would like to gain employment at The Boeing Company. One of the most important of these is due to the company's focus on globalization.
I would enjoy working for a multinational company, and would not mind traveling into overseas environments to pursue my living. With a presence throughout most of the civilized world, The Boeing Company and its various positions of employment could provide just such an opportunity for me to experience working in a variety of different global settings. Furthermore, the company has evinced a strong propensity for developing leadership. I have long valued leadership as one of the most important qualities of not only people but of external things such as companies, bands, and other facets of life. Therefore, I would welcome the opportunity to hone my own leadership skills and to positively impact others while employed by this particular entity.

The trends that one sees after looking at the last four quarterly earnings statements for The Boeing Company are not easy to discern. There is no truly clear cut pattern in the financial information gleaned from this data. If anything, this information reveals that the company is going through a period of ups and downs, and seems to appear to be making an attempt to right itself.
