The nominee must also be able to demonstrate their abilities, and talents in their domain, which have been the expectation from the winner of this award. Integrity refers to the quality of demonstrating moral uprightness, being honest, moral principles. Thus, the winner should be able to demonstrate the concept of honesty, accuracy, and truthfulness in their respective areas of specializations. The nominee must demonstrate a high level of commitment to ethical practice. The winners must be able to follow their actions and not words and showing commitments to the ethical principles. Moreover, the nominee must be able to able to create standards and motivate self-interest to create examples in their areas of specializations.
