HANS PEDER JENSEN, by Executor of the Estate Carla Christine Jensen Plaintiff,

THE WHITE STAR LINE, Defendant.

The law suit was brought by Carla Christine Jensen, fiancee of Hans Peder Jensen and executor of his estate (as expressed in Mr. Jensen's will).
