First of all, assembly and morning call is held for a quick team feel to the whole camp. Keeping this point-of-view in mind Children are told a story by a narrator or a shown a short animation movie followed by discussion of each child's favorite character, scene, dialogue (or anything they like). In order to give individual attention groups can be broken down into smaller units. Second period has been made compulsory to all in the aforementioned table. Since mathematics is a necessary subject at this scholastic stage. Interesting and innovative ways like animated problem solving, for instance dividing card boards into five students and tabulating results or eating a 1/4th of a pie and so on, can be done to make learning more fun. This is followed by a fun activity; each child may choose their choice of sport or art workshop. It could be cardboard craft, Paper Art or sketching. Soccer, soft ball, or swimming. A fun activity would both help a child socialize and benefit physically. Children can come back excited and charged, ready to do quality learning in the next class. The next class is of course studies, basically general knowledge and sciences.
Children can break down into groups of their own choice while taking one of the subjects with Science and General Knowledge at least twice in a week. Here too class project, group studies, and fun learning techniques can be employed for greater mental consumption. Next class is essentially based on group work on a given topic. It is a composition of team building, initiative taking, public speaking as well as individual learning process. Children are given a topic and reference aids to study and discuss within groups. Each group can be monitored by an instructor who can help in providing organizing and disciplinary aids to the children. Children are asked to discuss and contribute at least two lines of their research or opinion regarding the given topic. The paper is then compiled and the entire class can exchange views on their different topics group wise. Later to ensure attentiveness grades and marks can be awarded for filling out the self-made questionnaires by group members. This is followed by a computer class which may constitute of easy and exciting learning followed by computer games. The Computer class is then followed by first aid / Boy/Girl Scout class that appeals to adventure, skill and logical thinking in.....
