This provision includes any contact or request for information or interview, irrespective of any formal accusation or custodial arrest.

This provision does not include civil complaints except those pertaining to or alleging fraud or dishonesty; this provision does include any accusation, whether or not it is ultimately substantiated, that involves domestic or custodial impropriety and/or any application by any person to restrict contact (i.e. judicial order of protection, restraining order, etc.) from an ATSE employee in any state, irrespective of whether or not said application is granted or sustained.

In the case of unsubstantiated accusations, requests for voluntary compliance or submission to interview on the request of any law enforcement agency, ATSE reserves the right to dismiss any ATSE employee who fails to disclose any adverse contact with law enforcement immediately, as required by this provision.

Conflict of Interest:

All ATSE employees must immediately disclose any potential conflict of interests with any performance of their duties or with any client, individual, or enterprise for whom ATSE provides security services. Potential conflicts include, but are not limited to, any prior employment relationship or personal association with any individual or entity representing or known to be associated with ATSE clients.


Impartiality and Good Faith Standard:

All ATSE employees must perform their professional duties and fulfill their operational responsibilities equally and in good faith, impartially, and without prejudice, with regard to any organization, entity, or individual contracting ATSE services.

Proprietary Access:

The nature of professional services provided by ATSE entails unsupervised access to proprietary information and to secure and restricted physical areas of client premises.

Accordingly, ATSE employees are strictly prohibited from any unauthorized use of, access to, or disclosure of any such information to any party not specifically authorized directly by ATSE to access it.

This provision includes unauthorized sharing of any information or access with other ATSE employees not specifically authorized to possess said information or to access said premises. Further, this provision prohibits any ATSE employee from any unauthorized use or access to information or premises beyond the specific scope of the employee's specific authorized responsibilities and need for such information or physical access......
