How do you think the role change from RN to NP will challenge your knowledge, skills, and collaboration?The role change from RN to NP will challenge my knowledge, skills, and collaboration in several ways. One thing I will need to do is become more knowledgeable about the various health conditions and disease processes that are common in my practice specialty in order to accurately diagnose and treat patients.
