Using step two, we should find out more about each other. Rather than just being group participants, we should get to know more about one another so that we do not make each other enemies. Using step three, we should invite the other members of our group project to talk with us and hear each of our ideas about what direction the project should take. Also in the group setting, we should discuss the behaviors and activates that led to our fighting and disagreement. For example, I felt that she was being unreasonable to expect those of us who were taking the class as an elective to treat it like our first priority.
