This might generate rumors within the organization, which might make employees divert their concentration because of jokes. Those being subject of the rumor might find t difficult to continue working because of the accusation. This may negatively the work production of employees especially if they were involved in a quarrel during the previous a date. Their job performance will be seriously affected because communication will cease between the two. These partners should come to an agreement that this relationship is not working anymore and that it should be discontinued (Copley News Service, 2000).
