In that sense, it may be sometimes a better choice to go with a least expensive evaluation methodology, either qualitative or quantitative, if the final outcome of the evaluation is likely to be similar with the more expensive one. Despite the benefits of a qualitative evaluation, as mentioned in the previous paragraph, sometimes a simple research on the Internet for some statistical data over a period of time may prove sufficient for the purpose of the research.

Given this analysis of the different evaluation methodologies, one may conclude that the best evaluation most likely comes from a combination of some of these techniques and designs (Combining Qualitative and Quantitative Methods for Evaluation, 2006).
A combination of a quantitative with a qualitative analysis, for example, will provide both the necessary measurements to draw relevant conclusions on the effect of a certain program with a group of individuals and the required additional interaction with the subject that will provide additional information on the causes that led to the particular results that the quantitative evaluation exposed.

The temporal and cost constraints will eventually calibrate the chosen methodology with the purpose of the analysis and the accuracy needed for the final outcome......
