Craig Frampton's submission speaks on the personal impact of having a college degree. Craig's comments are actually quite compelling as both a narration and demonstration of his considerable progress as a struggling student. Indeed, Craig describes the difficulties that he has endured in attempting to master the written word and, subsequently, to apply this mastery to a long-form research essay. Craig is quite candid about the limitations that he has worked diligently to overcome and also demonstrates considerable gratitude to his instructors, his fellow students and his education on the whole.

What makes Craig's submission so moving is that the writing itself is a convincing demonstration both of his struggles and of his triumph. As he describes the progress that he has made in his writing abilities, the organization and narrative cohesion of his submission convinces the reader that this is true. It then becomes somewhat inspiring when Craig expresses a feeling of newfound confidence in all other areas of his life as a product of his progress.
