Okay forget it. Who am I talking to... (dismisses the conversation)

Scene 3:

Jerry is at the coffee shop with George. He has a paper in his hands and looks excited.

George: what have you got there? (Points to the paper)

Jerry: It's the agreement.

George: What agreement. (takes the paper from him)

Jerry: Jam? (and recalls that Elaine had allowed the guy to serve the new kind of croissants when he asked if they would like to try them)

Jerry: I guess they had some jam in them. (says sheepishly) after a pause continues: Okay. I will go for no-jam croissants them.

The guy nods and waits for Jerry to pay. Jerry takes out his wallet and makes the payment. As the guy enters the information, Jerry picks up the agreement lying on the counter. The guy looks up rather angrily.
