Victim Statement:

Ms. Frederick discovered that someone had established phone service using her name and other identification information. The address given by the phone company was recognized by the victim as a former address where she worked as a baby sitter from May through November 2010. She obtained this position through the company, Sitters Okay, LLC, located at 2334 Airport Drive, Centerville, KS, 05690, Tel [HIDDEN] Ms. Frederick states that she has worked for this corporation for 12 years and this is the first time she has had any problems.
