The main purpose of the interview for the school is to find out whether the student is ready for joining the school. For this year, a part of the interview was conducted by me for some students. The attempt of this section of the interview was to determine the psychological and sociological position of the students. For this purpose, there were some questions asked, and as we are all aware, the attention span of children are very short, the questions asked were limited to five questions. The first question was about what games they played. This is a simple question and the objective was to put them at ease so that they are able to answer other questions at ease. The answer to this was pretty conclusive, and most of the prospective students were interested in playing all possible games.

The second question that was asked was as to whom they loved more- father or mother. This is a fairly direct and straightforward question, but in about a fifth of the students it brought out a lot of problems and this was due to their parents having parted, or one doing a job that did not permit the child to meet the parent much, or the bad habits of the person.
