Leadership Personality Traits and Organizational Behavior
Wind (2001) expand the definition of diversity in the workplace. Personality diversity is linked to perceptions of fairness, social support networks and access to power, stress and stress management, and organizational commitment. Many personality trait differences transcend both culture and gender, with implications for achievement of organizational goals. The researchers conduct several empirical studies using convenience samples and questionnaires to yield quantitative data.
