Working as a doctor gives you the chance to become closely attached to your patients. There are little professional relationships in this world that involve people leaving their lives in the hands of complete strangers. It certainly is a unique feeling when you know that someone turns to you in hope that you will relieve them of their suffering.

A doctor is not one that goes to work knowing exactly what he or she would be doing for the rest of the day. A doctor's life entails a great deal of adventures and extreme emotions, as the job is full of the unexpected. A good reason for one to consider a career as a doctor would be that this particular job resembles no other, and that it presents people with the opportunity to work in one of the best places that society has to offer.
