The data in the Fig 1 reveals that the largest number of respondents is within the age group between 44 and 50. Followed by the age group between 37 and 43. There is no respondents within the age groups 20 or under, 51-56, and over 60.

Organizational Commitment

Based on the survey results, larger percentages of respondents disagree with the questions posed on participation decision making. However, larger percentages of respondents agree and strongly agree with the survey questions on job involvement, stress, administrative climate and organizational commitment. (The results of the survey are presented in Graphs and Table below.).

The problem encountered in compiling the survey results is that it took much time to calculate all the results and present them in Tables and Charts.

Comparison of the survey results reveals that respondents responds on the survey on Organizational Commitment more than other survey questions where the total mean of Organizational Commitment is 88.9. However, the total mean of administrative climate is the lowest totaled 0.3.
