Learning Process in an Organization

Learning processes are the steps an individual goes through while gaining skills or knowledge by experiencing something, being taught, practicing, and studying. The processes are important in my current job; I participate in various activities in my field enabling me to acquire new skills, knowledge, and experiences that I can apply in handlings various activities (French & Bell, 1973). Learning is acquired in the process of performing daily duties in the workplace, and I will execute the same activities much better in future. It is because I learned from the previous processes and I can perform the activities in a short time. The knowledge and skills acquired in the workplace can be applied in other places outside the workplace. For example, skills and knowledge I acquire from the workplace through various learning processes are applicable even at home when accomplishing other activities.

In the workplace, the management organizes frequent training and seminars for the employees to acquire new skills to apply in the current market. The training and seminars are part of the learning processes, which will help in improving the output in the workplace. The management organizes the seminars and training with the target of acquiring certain skills applicable in the organization (Dlouha, & Burandt, 2015).
After training, a difference is experiencing in the organization concerning the output in various organizations. Training or seminars should be organized without specific targets to be achieved after the training. For example, training or seminars can be organized when new equipment or process are acquired and implemented in the organization. It will help the employees to handle the equipment and processes without any difficulty and improve the output in the organization.

New technology is another example of learning processes in an organization. Currently, the world is transforming to the digital era, and the employees should undergo different learning processes to remain updated with the current technology. Learning is important to both the employee and the organization. The employee will help in improving the output leading to improved profits in the organization while applying the same knowledge and skills in personal activities outside the organization (French & Bell, 1973). The employee will even apply the knowledge in other appointments after moving out of the organization. The organization has the responsibility to acquire new equipment about the new technology. The employees will be well equipped and will undertake their duties….....
