Information systems assist a company in managing all its business areas Stinchcombe, 1990.

It is vital that a company has an appropriate system, and the requisite software applications which would enable it and its employees to conduct its daily tasks. The employees chosen for this research are human resource officer, customer support executive, and the accountant.

The human resource officer is charged with the management of all employee affairs within the company. he/she handles appointment of new employees, conducts interviews, conducts employee appraisals, and is also charged with employee termination. The human resource officer would make use of a balanced score card system to follow up on the progress of each employee, and also to provide feedback to the management regarding the best performing employees.
