This is a paper about employment in Florida. There are two references used for this paper.

The labor market throughout the country is constantly changing. It is interesting to look at Florida's economic and employment history, as well as the trends and changes in its job market.

Changing Economy

Florida's economy has "greatly expanded and diversified since the early 20th century, when it was dominated by farming. In the United States today, Florida is the ninth leading producer of agriculture "in terms of annual farm income. It contains some 40,000 farms, which have an average size of 263 acres.
