Pros:

Peoplesoft

Pros:

Extremely user friendly, company has separate component that will train non-technical staff in use of database.

Emphasizes personal data organization dependant on organizational needs.

Cons:

The 'customization' and boutique approach of Peoplesoft may be inappropriate for a company deciding to expand its industry use.

No overreaching conceptual design structure, more emphasis on troubleshooting and customization.
