Conclusion

The ultimate beneficiary and the victim of the advantages and concerns associated with any of the project is neither the authority, the developers nor the non-governmental organizations, but it is the public that benefits and suffers the most either ways, therefore keeping in view the concerns of the people in mind, there is need to adopt a moderate approach, which provide the benefits of the development plans to the public, and also provide environmental safeguard to them and the generation to come, because the environmental impact are never serious instant, the impact buildup gradually, and then take a strong trajectory towards environmental outburst, which will cause economic and social collapse, it is therefore important not to keep higher degree of preference towards the economic gains of the present by ignoring the future economic downfall which will engulf and victimized the future generations.
