However it is the leaders of pseudo transformational who are manipulative and deceptive. Authentic transformational leaders sometimes are manipulative for what they criticize to be the common good, while manipulative is a practice of regular pseudo transformation leaders and infrequent practice of authenting transformation leadership in terms of the four component of leadership transformational contrast pseudo transformational and authentic:
