In conclusion, therefore, while I believe that it is necessary to redress inequality issues, I also believe that the way in which this is currently done results only in more discrimination, resentment and bitterness. Instead, I think that the workplace should be entirely free of bias, resorting only to merit and education level when hiring new employees.
