colleagues' and other students that I had the chance to see helped m evaluating the study that I had done, the manner of presentation of the study and the addition of certain elements in the study that I had paid less importance to.

In a nutshell, it can be said that the process of going through and evaluating the work of the colleagues have certainly changed the manner in which I now look towards the presentation of a problem and trying to provide suggestions for a credible solution to the problem. The exercise has helped me to prepare myself in a manner that I now accord more time and energy towards thinking strategically as well as critically about various issues that are of concern to me. This is the major change or learning that I have gained from this exercise and through the review and viewing of my colleagues' presentations (Goldberg, 2014). I am sure that the things that I have learned through this exercise would remain with me for a long time and I hope to incorporate those learning into actual life and in the solving of real-life problems (Ardis, Hole, & Manfredonia, 2013).

The process has also helped me gain insight into the effectiveness of the mechanics, organization, and the formatting of a problem and its solution and still leave enough room for improvement in the development of the thesis.

Some of the presentations that I went through made me realize that it is important to adhere to ethical reasoning and be more reflective of the issue of hand without losing out on objectivity. The exercise has made me realize that the importance of inclusion of diversity and inclusiveness in studies and problem solving which I am sure would come in handy in a future life as it has come to use in my study. Being inclusive has changed my approach towards the solving o the problem in the study as I have tried to include experiences from a wider section of the society and have tried to include more aspects of the study than I had initially started out with (Goldberg, 2014).

I also realized that all of our colleagues, though striving to find solutions to different problems, are essentially striving to achieve the same thing - a credible solution to a problem. This has helped to create respect and admiration for the colleagues in….....
