Management . There scenarios. Read scenarios carefully answer ability. Each scenario answered a maximum half page. I make 3 PAGES, excluding cover page.( YOU DO NOT HAVE TO MAKE COVER PAGE, I WILL DO IT) I attach assignment file.

Scenario A

Members of staff would have to receive fewer bonuses in order for Robert to get funds for hiring. Robert has introduced nepotism in the firm, which might have devastating effects in the end. Nancy was offered a job, not because of her qualifications, but in order for her to remain in the United States. This is a poor decision since Robert is not sure if she can manage to perform her duties.

Robert placed family above his employees, which demonstrates his leadership style. Members of staff might be disgruntled or demoralized with the lower bonus they receive. If the company does not perform as the previous year, there might not be enough money to keep Nancy on the payroll.

Robert could have used his influential position to get her a job in another firm that had a vacant position. Instead of hiring Nancy and reducing the bonus pay to employees, Robert could have done a strategic analysis of the company and identified another source of funds.

Request that she goes back home and looks for a job there, if she does not get one within a year, she can apply to his firm, and if the position is available, she will be offered a job.

Scenario B

Accountants LLC is losing money by purchasing from Sylvia's stationery, which is 15% higher.
Robert did not want to ruin the relationship the company has with the stationery store. Robert does not have effective negotiation powers, which would be necessary in such a situation. The decision-making of the key people within the company is not effective.

Continuing to purchase supplies from Sylvia's stationery would ensure that Accountants LLC maintains a good relationship with her, but it also means that the company will be paying more for the office supplies. Patrick would continue to make such decisions since he is not been questioned or stopped.

Robert could have requested that Patrick negotiate for the prices to be reduced. Another alternative would have been to request a quote from Office Supply Co, and establish if they offered the same services as Sylvia's stationery.

I would have requested that Patrick find a way to save the company the money it is losing or negotiate with Sylvia and let her know that if she did not lower her prices the company would be forced to start purchasing from Office Supply Co.

Scenario C

There is no concern for employee welfare within the company. Robert does not respect contract law or the employment act. Robert is more interested in the tax breaks that the company would benefit from and not his employees. Michael could sue the company for wrongful termination.
