The prediction of the form and function of medical health records in 2030 is based on the fact that the current models of healthcare delivery are changing. While the transformation is mainly driven by information technology, health care organizations are either transforming themselves or being transformed by the marketplace. In light of the technological transformation, it's expected that the quality of patient care will improve in various ways by 2030 because of digital medical records. Therefore, the future of medical health records in 2030 will be characterized by the use of digital or electronic medical records.
