The referent methods of collecting data are summative to the two key positions of the same sex in the society. Some of the methods used included sampling, interviews, issuance of questionnaires and used of printed or secondary data.

Sampling

Samples were collected from different members of the society. The samples collected were directed reactions to the issue of the same sex in the society. Most approaches of collection that were used aimed at establishing a common ground and avoiding bias from the concerned members. The samples were collected from a diverse society. The researchers ensured that the samples came from different members with regard to religion, race, social meanings and avenues, and social classes. Furthermore, the samples were collected from a diverse society in order to ensure that they were a true reflection of the real state of matter in the world as concerns same sex marriage.

Interviews

Interviews are direct interventions that involve face-to-face interaction with respondents from the field. The use of interviews is a summative and comprehensive way of acquiring supportive details for any research. The research involved interviews from various members of the society. Some considerations were made before selecting the respondents of the interview. One of the considerations was to establish a field of management where universal responses could be acquired for the study. From the look of how different respondents had to give their views of the study, it was evident that several reactions were yet to be realized as concerns same sex marriage in the society. The interviews had results that were recorded for further analysis.

Questionnaires

Questionnaires are samples of questions that are directed at influencing retrieval of lethal information from the respondents. Different respondents were used in this study. The essence of having these respondents was to reflect on the innate responsibilities and intentions that could not be realized with the other methods of collecting data. For instance, it was evident that many respondents have positive or substantial information from the questionnaires than from the interviews. Questionnaires had questions and suggestions that prompted responses from the respondents in the field. In the mean time, the theme reason for conducting these questionnaires was to solicit for the nature of responses the public had as concerns the effects of gender, race, and religion on same sex marriage.

Use of secondary data

Several research materials were accessible throughout the study. For instance, it was evident that equitable information could be realized from the exiting sources in the field. The existing evidence provided a blue print over which the required information was realized and used by the study. For instance, the research acquired information and data from the printed materials, previous researches, and archival information that had been placed in the past. All the materials became good sources of secondary data for the study.

Participants

Several participants became part of the study. The study intended to acquire data from different members of the society. If it were possible, the study would have liked to acquire information from all the people in the world. Nonetheless, this could not be possible basing on the time allocation for the study. The first set of participants was the religious groups. These people hold much evidence and reasons as to why there is emergence of the marriage in the world. The religious member gave vivid information that dictated the state of religious macerations and differentials as concerns same sex marriage in the society. The second lot of participants was the members of the civil society. These included members of the legal frameworks, leaders of social groups and movements in the world, gender representatives, and many other civil members that could give appropriate information a concerns same sex marriage in the society. The third lot of participants was the common people in the society. This set of the people gave evidential information that was echoed by the different groups visited in the society. The researchers were unbiased members of the society who participated in facilitating the research. They participated in coming up with appropriate information. The responses acquired involved varied responses from the people whether they were in support or denial to the emergence of the marriage in the world.

Questions and statistical procedures

Several questions were used to facilitate the study. The research was subjected to numerous questions. These questions were directed at establishing a platform from which equitable information could be realized from the members involved. Many respondents worked well with the use of question like during the interviews and issuance of questionnaires.

Questions served varied purposes in the study. With questions, respondents were made to elicit equitable information that could be used to further research and study of the topic. Some of the questions that were used included the following.

Questions were structured in a format that derived necessary responses from the respondents. The question used was directed at realizing the best methods of getting information that was accurate, unbiased, and substantial towards presentation of the marriage in the world. The study realized that many of the questions used ensured a derivation of the necessary approaches used in fulfilling the interest of the people. With questions, the respondents were made to elicit equitable information that was used in support of the topic under study.

Further statistical analysis methods were used in order to fulfill analysis and presentation of the data and conclusions derived from the study. Qualitative and quantitative analysis were the two main analysis methods used in the study. With these methods, it became apparent that all the data collected was evident and needed graphical and theoretical presentation to the audience.

Results

From the cross tabulation of race and same sex marriage in the society, the study had sufficient results. The results were presented in the form of tables and graphs. The use of graphs and tables enabled the study to be done under an equitable environment of performance. Form the racial perspective; many white people agreed of the marriage. This was on a figure of close to 48.3% unlike 39.1% who were in disagreement. The Asians had an increase percentage of those who agreed of the marriage. This was presented at a figure of close to 66% unlike 28% of the people who were not in agreement with the idea of the marriage. Other contenders from other races had a massive 34% support and 47% denial of the marriage globally.

From the cross evaluation of the dependent variables that prompted homosexuals to have a right to marry, similar results were presented. Fifty-one percent of the studied population was in complete denial of this idea. This was as opposed to 31% who disagreed with the rest of the members within the intermediate state of indecisiveness. With the study of the females and male counterparts, several reactions were derived. A percentage of forty-two was in support of the marriage among the males as compared to fifty percent of the females who agreed.

Discussion

According to the results realized from the study, a higher percentage of women were in total refusal to the idea of the marriage in the society. Many members of the society realized that the innate prospect of the marriage was in total disagreement from the female counterparts. In the racial respective, many Asians are in support of the marriage. The general idea of the marriage is clued to the notion that it is possible to have a grounded intentions and good will of the people. These people are in support of the same sex in the world. The existence of the same sex is a lucrative endeavor that enables many races and religions to structure their connotations as regards to marriage.

The derived results indicated that the influence of the marriage in the world is still to reckon on many societies. Not all are in people are in complete denial of this facet of the same sex in the society. The essence of the study was realized when many respondents wanted same sex marriage to be scraped or placed in support all over the world. The general idea of having members of the same sex marrying is an absurd endeavor to many people. Such responses were evident from many females and other religious people.
