The corporate culture in SA is epitomized by a sense of 'goofiness' and fun leading colleagues to not only maintain a friendly environment amongst themselves but to also seep these good spirits down to clients. Employees, for instance have been allowed to work in pajamas for a day and rocking chairs are placed by meetings. Employees are respected. They are referred to as 'people', and the attitude of these 'people' is evident to clients -- from workers willingly and smilingly rushing to clean the plane to friendly attendants who go beyond their duty in caring for the flyers.
