Whereas each article may stand alone, the collection of research in this book review, together with the accompanying graphic pictures, is meant to offer a realistic view of Muslims and Islam societies as appropriate. In addition, Islam is a global faith with a long and complicated history (Allen & Toorawa, 2011). Thus a study is desperately required in today\'s society when disagreements between individuals of many religions appear to be increasing, whereas the globe we inhabit seems to be diminishing (Allen & Toorawa, 2011).
