Heller. This was a challenge to a Washington D.C. law that made it illegal to: carry any kind of handguns inside the city. The court ruled that the law was a violation of the Second Amendment. As they felt that the right to: a militia and bear arms was linked directly to every able body person. Therefore, carrying a weapon on your person is supporting these objectives of: exercising your Constitutional rights.
