A psychological fallacy in the speech may be considered the one presented in the sentence "Before you know it, the Slackers will demand a new iPhone5." This sentence implies a generalization of an assumed practice on the one hand. Although the use of "iPhone 5" is symbolic, the speaker makes reference to a general good that the slackers may consider to be rightfully theirs.

On the other hand, it is a psychological fallacy particularly because it assumes a certain behavior on the basis of personal knowledge or information gathered from a limited number of people.
