The human resources problems of Castle's manger Mr. Jay Morgan seem to have an appropriate solution after applying the knowledge gained from researching an applicable HRIS vendor. The purpose of this essay is to explain why Castle Restaurant should choose PeopleSoft software as their HRIS vendor. The software seems to match up the specific needs of Mr. Morgan and his daily routines. I will also contrast and compare this vendor's product with Ultipro, to demonstrate the critical skills necessary to improve a managerial problem as the one in Mr. Morgan's case.

HRIS TYPE

The specific demands of Castle makes Software as System (SaaS) choices for human capital management obvious. It seems as though Mr. Morgan will be the only individual needed on a daily basis to manage this particular system. Requirements of software as a service are not particularly dense and difficult material to learn and understand. Human resource management in this case, needs to be something that can be done as a part-time occupation and not something that needs to be taking all of Morgan's time. Other larger systems require more capital, training, and overall confidence to be able to use them to their fullest potential.
Installing software is a simple and clear choice for the correct human resource information system category needed for the Castle restaurant to continue their growth in the restaurant industry.

PeopleSoft software is a recommended choice for Castle Restaurant's human resource management issues. PeopleSoft is an Oracle product that has been through various growing stages and has a mature and dependable track record.
