Job title: Finance Director

Salary range: $35,000-45,000

Position purpose: the purpose of this position is to oversee the finances of the company, the accounts and expenditure in the company. To be assisted by a couple of accountants.

Typical job duties:

Oversee entire finances of the company

Provide support and guidance to other employees in the finance division

To draw out financial strategies for the company

Draw up periodic budgets for the company in consultation with the owner and the manager.

Communicate and hold meetings effectively with all other departments to assess the financial needs.

Advise the owner and the manager on financial matters

Take responsibility to meet financial regulations.

Report to the owner and the manager on a weekly basis

Undertake yearly or half yearly assessment of subordinates in the finance department.

Physical requirements: should be mentally agile and physically fit to take on pressures of deadlines in financial matters. Does not require doctor's note.

Reporting relationships: will report directly to the manager and the owner and be in constant communication with them and other department heads.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.

At least 10 years' experience in managing company finance.

Ability to manage stressful situations

Knowledge of Windows-based programs (Word, Excel, the internet etc.)

Job title: Director of Branding

Salary range: $35,000-45,000

Position purpose: the purpose of this position is to brand the company by the use of clever and original advertising including television spots and Internet ads.

Typical job duties:

Create interesting advertising campaigns

Plan strategies to adequately use available media

Create interesting and engaging ideas for events

Determine strategies to best portray company brand in events

Work in conjunction with the manager, the owner, the finance head and other employees of branding department

Communicate and hold meeting effectively with all other departments to assess scope for branding.

Advice the owner and the manager on branding matters

Report to the owner and the manager on a weekly basis

Physical requirements: should be mentally agile and physically fit to take on pressures of deadlines and conduct extensive projects throughout the year. Does not require doctor's not.

Position purpose: the purpose of this position is to work to regularly check on stall proper functioning of machines in the car wash.

Typical job duties:

Be part of a team so that at least one service and repair technician is present 24 hours at the car wash

Be available on call for 24 hours

Keep daily check on all equipment in the car wash

Regularly maintain and upgrade al equipment

Conduct periodic reviews and appraisal of functionality of all equipment

Suggest replacement or repair of faulty equipment

Ensure smooth running of all machines so that customers do not face any difficulties

Physical requirements: should be fit enough to work long hours and possess health that would allow some form of physical labor. Doctor's note required about physical fitness.

Reporting relationships: will report directly to the car wash in-charge

Qualifications:

Minimum high school education

Formal Technical training in electrical and mechanics is desirable

Must possess at least 2- 3 years of experience in maintenance work of similar nature.

Ability to work under strict deadlines

Job knowledge/skills required

Ability and knowledge of functioning of various machines used in a car wash like soap dispensing machines, water hoses and generators

Ability to take responsibility about efficient maintenance
