Scope of Work

The scope of the contract extends to delivery, installation, and testing of the installed units to ensure appropriate operation as well as any ongoing maintenance that is required on the units pursuant to their warranties.

Personnel. The remaining installation work would be performed by the vendor.

Facilities Equipment. None required.

COST

Fiscal. The total purchase price for the five selected Frigidaire FRA126CT1 Window Air Conditioner units would be approximately $1,637.19 ($1,625 purchase price plus $12.19 state/local taxes at 7.25%).

Time. The preliminary analysis to develop relevant specifications and air conditioner units that would satisfy the school district's requirements will require approximately one-half day; the oversight of the installation by the vendor should likewise require about one-half day.
