The chosen method of research will be that of a comparative quantitative approach rather than a qualitative one. As there exists a pre and post test investigative situation, and numerous independent variables are being assessed with respect to relationships and differences, the chosen method of statistical data analysis will be that of a modified orthogonal analysis of variance and a chi square analysis. The traditional Student "t" test is not appropriate for the research investigation as there exists more than one independent variable and several nested variables. The modified orthogonal analysis of variance will permit the research investigator to assess individual and compounding independent variables and the Chi Square will allow for predictive value of the variables being assessed. All testable null hypotheses will be assessed on the necessary and required critical Chi Square and ANOVA values needed to reject and/or accept the stated hypotheses......
