Intended Program of Study and Session

The worst nightmare for almost anyone is to suffer physical limitations as they age can be beyond imaginable. My grandfather became bound to a wheelchair for the rest of his life once he turned 70; the news was mortifying. He is unable to walk, eat, and urinate without aid. The fear nearly kills him -- the fear of being alone and falling. Because I did not want my grandfather or anyone else to live with such a burden, I stumbled upon a solution to lessen my beloved grandfather's agony.

My grandfather developed cerebellum atrophy in his later 60's forcing him to retire from his successful entrepreneurship. The disease caused him to be unable to control his urine. It pained me to see my grandfather, who single-handedly supported my whole family, deteriorate from a healthy and energetic man to a self-conscious, dependent man. I set out with a mission to make my grandfather's life just a little less troublesome.
