self-esteem relates profoundly to business management practices at the interpersonal level between managers and subordinates. Whereas business managers with healthy self-esteem tend to have an inherent respect for ethical principles commensurate with their intellectual capacity to understand them, their counterparts with low self-esteem tend to have significantly less respect for ethical principles and to display selective ignorance in that regard that belies their innate intellectual skills.
