Personal Theory AssignmentIntroductionThis assignment aims at allowing the articulation of personal theories of learning and development just as they relate to me as an educator. Learning theories are beneficial since they describe how people grow and develop. This assignment will focus on the theories and be supported using the best definition in education from a Christian perspective with the help of theoretical perspectives. In the end, a conceptual framework will be developed from which one can build upon, therefore enhancing the process of teaching and learning. The educational area I intend to serve is the elementary level which includes children between the ages of five and ten years.Qualities of an Effective Role ModelYoung children like those in elementary schools gan a lot by relating with someone who mentors them (Khilmiyah & Wiyono, 2021). The mentor can be a teacher, a family member, a peer who is experienced, or a leader. Those effective role models usually possess desirable characteristics and help others strive and be like them. First, they should be morally upright since, according to research, most children respect those who follow what they preach. The ethical role model inspires children, and hence they develop their values.Secondly, a role model should be confident by appreciating their healthy accomplishments. They can do this by recognizing their skills without sounding arrogant. Her work is the other quality; they should demonstrate commitment to their goals and invest time in achieving beneficial things (Khilmiyah & Wiyono, 2021). This passion they have to succeed is Gerta’s motivation to the youngsters. Finally, they should be creative and optimistic since one can’t imitate pessimistic individuals. They should also portray innovative solutions to solve the problems without bringing in conflicts and misunderstandings when faced with challenges. The Teacher as an Effective Role ModelAs a role model at the elementary level, the teacher should possess excellent and admirable characteristics that students would copy. It means that the teacher ought to teach the student; for example, since there may be exceptional students, the teacher should love all the students equally. This means that they should not be biased, like favoring those who perform well in the class. The teacher should also interact well with the community, as students are encouraged to collaborate with their families (Trajkovik et al., 2018). The students will get insights to be like their teachers and perform excellently. The teachers should also have a character of appreciation to be effective role models. By this, the students will be encouraged to work harder, and due to this motivation, there will be improved performance.Using principles to develop learning theories like Erickson’s psychosocial perspective states that people develop continually in their social lives. It means, therefore, that there are certain events to be resolved in the course of their lives (Trajkovik et al., 2018). It supports the fact that children learning from role models may continually occur and helps them grow in the various stages of life. In the Christain perspective, a positive relationship between the teacher and the student reflects the teacher, who is assumed to be the master student, and Christ, the master teacher. In John 1:14, one way in which a teacher who follows Christ can be defined is by the righteousness and the devotion towards the truth by doing what is right. The Teacher’s Responsibility as an Effective Team MemberThe role of elementary teachers is to assess the effective aspects concerning the students’ characters.

…level of learning. From a Christian perspective, the book of Leviticus 19:14 emphasizes the need to take care of those with special needs, like not putting stumbling blocks for them, and by doing that, we shall be honoring God.The Teacher’s Journey as a Lifelong LearnerTeachers continually get themselves involved in learning because there seems no end in attaining knowledge. It happens through training that facilitates physical activity through social cognitive theory (Hivner et al., 2019). The development of the teachers in their professions focuses on the effective methods of using PA in the classrooms, which occurs in three formats: webinars, in-person with personalized assistance, and personal training. The content of the activities depends on the SCT constructs in which the outcomes are observed. The survey of the elementary teachers can be done, and the outcomes include self-efficacy. The results from this research help in identifying that these teachers require training. It also helps understand how best to prepare teachers to implement proper PA (Hivner et al., 2019). These ongoing teachers’ regular training addresses social, environmental, and personal constructs that help implement PA in the classrooms. From a Christian perspective, to support this, the theme behind lifelong learning is essential since, for Latter-day Saints, lifelong learning is considered secular and spiritual. Hence, gaining knowledge continually is viable for eternal salvation.ConclusionIn conclusion, it is clear that in education, various elements should be considered depending on the level of education. In this case, the stage includes the elementary level students, and with the help of multiple theories, models, and systems, one can learn how to assess how one can be an effective teacher to the students. It helps acknowledge the various developments that happen due to the interactions between the students and the teachers. It is supported by Bible scriptures which emphasize the need to be a good leader and how to deliver the best and become a role model to the youngsters who look up to the adults. The above personal theory gives excellent insight, and therefore I recommend that it….....
