When a source has six or more authors, cite only the last name of the first author followed by et al. When creating the reference list, alphabetize authors by last name. When there is more than one author, alphabetize the entry according to the last name of the first author in the series. Use the author's last name, then initials rather than full names. Place a period after each initial and use one space after the period.
