Life Coach

Congratulations for choosing a life coach. You have just taken an important step towards achieving all your goals: in the realm of personal life and relationships as well as in the realm of your career and creative pursuits. As your coach, I will be working with you to provide you with the guidance and support you need. I can point you to resources, and help you remove the obstacles that stand in your way. You can confide in me at any time, although I am not your counselor. I am here in the role of a mentor and guide, a guru if you will. The process of life coaching will empower you to take personal responsibility for all your successes. There are several concrete steps we will take together on this coaching path. The first is to clarify your goals. Goal clarification will ultimately take the form of a list, even though that list might be malleable. The personal satisfaction that comes from developing trust in a committed relationship will spill over into other areas of your life. You will find that you are more able to trust yourself, because you have surrendered some of the blocks holding you back. A mutually respectful, satisfying romantic relationship adds richness to your life. While your career and financial goals remain important, the relationship issue provides the emotional buffer that can help you cope with stress better.

Before we go on, I would like to offer a deeper definition of what relationship success is for you personally. As we develop this definition together, you will be able to add or subtract from it when you clarify what you really need out of a relationship. Because you have expressed a strong desire for personal space, I would like to suggest that you define successful relationship as one in which you and your partner lead strong lives separate from each other. This means retaining your circle of friends, and he his. This also means having your own space in the home, and he his. For you to feel satisfied in the relationship, you cannot feel strangled or suffocated psychically. You need a partner who respects your privacy, because he or she trusts and loves you completely. You will also need to respect his or her space and privacy. Now, I need to mention the importance of uncluttering your life in order to make….....
