The student life of this university is characterized by a wide range of settings and environments that is sure to suit the needs of any student -- whatsoever they may be. One of the most important facets of student life at this institution is that it is rooted in an urban experience indicative of the postmodern world of the 21st century. Students have four campuses from which to choose, all of which are in some of the most well-known cities in the England, if not the entire United Kingdom. The most prestigious campuses are likely those in London and Cambridge, although newcomers can also opt to study in Chelmsford and Petersborough as well. More importantly, the freedom to choose where one wants to study, work and live is expanded accordingly with an intricate network of partnerships with educational institutions throughout the globe. Thus, it is possible for students to join this university and study from almost anywhere in the world that suits them, which is an advantage that many other schools simply cannot match.



One of the advantages of studying at the London location -- or at any of the four primary locations at Anglia Ruskin University -- is the wide range of culture that students can experience. Still, this benefit is probably most reinforced at the London campus, as this righteously international city plays host to so many different areas of interest in life. Students can experience the thrill of international football at any of the illustrious soccer clubs in the city including Chelsea or Arsenal, as well as attend international matches at the world-famous Wembley Stadium.
True adventurers can cap the night with a foray to any of the many restaurants that specialize in either local cuisine (fish and chips, anyone), or the international flavor for which the city is known. Late night revelers will be able to enjoy a diversity of nightlife options, from comedy to live music, spoken word to poetry slams.



Music aficionados can expand their interests beyond clubs and stadium performances to appreciate some of the fine arts which, in London, comes in the form of operas, theater, and plays. The range of artistic experiences in the city includes authentic museums and other venues to view more urban, street-focused arts. The synthesis of all of these different options represents the international culture of London at its finest -- and which is difficult to duplicate in less metropolitan locations.



Although all of the principal locations of Anglia Ruskin University have their unique character, the one that is probably as competitive of that found in London is that in Cambridge. The city life in Cambridge is not quite as cosmopolitan, nor….....
