RESPONSE 2Response 2 (Application)Sarah H.My colleague indicates that amongst other things, the relevance of effective team coordination and leadership, as well as pursuit of properly defined project goals/objectives, cannot be overstated in project management. She further observes that there is need for enhanced awareness about the organization-wide impact of proposed changes. It would be prudent to observe that there is also need to consider how project management efforts could in turn be affected by factors unique to the organization, i.e. organizational structure. This is more so the case given that according to Gullatte (2011), “a company\'s organizational structure may dictate the level of project management, who makes ultimate project decisions, the communication of project goals and tasks…” (173). In addition to highlighting a number of change models namely the behavior change model and the systems awareness model, my colleague also indicates that in the absence of an established framework, it would be difficult to sustain the project in the long-term. It is on this basis that a systematic approach has been provided. Ultimately, as Sipes (2015) indicates, the approach embraced should be optimized to ensure improved patient outcomes.
