There is major emotional stress everywhere but especially for the mother who is the primary caregiver.Caregiver Role Strain related to the demands of caring for two family members with chronic illness as evidenced by the mother\'s expressed concerns about balancing caregiving responsibilities with raising her children and the emotional strain on the family.1. Educate the mother and other family members on time management and self-care strategies to prevent burnout. Provide resources on stress management techniques such as mindfulness, yoga, and relaxation exercises (Stanhope & Lancaster, 2024).2. Connect the family with local support groups for caregivers to share experiences and receive emotional support (Stanhope & Lancaster, 2024).3. Arrange for respite care services to allow the primary caregiver regular breaks to recharge and attend to personal needs (Nurseslabs, 2024).Short-term: Within one week, the mother will express understanding of self-care strategies and plan for regular breaks using respite care services.
