Globalization makes as its underlying presumption the assertion that by reducing barriers to economic integration across international borders, the world community is creating a vehicle to a more equal distribution of wealth. Whether the distribution is more equal or not, certainly the process of economic colonization which has occurred across the last decade and a half is creating wealth.
