Mobile Gym

How many people do you think actually want to go to the gym, but feel too lazy due to their hectic schedules? Studies have shown that the assistance of an effective personal trainer can contribute a great deal to overcoming a sense of apathy toward exercise and this strategy has worked for millions of people (McClaran, 2003). However, the personal trainer still does not provide enough motivation for many people to make time in their busy lives to actually make it to the gym. However, how many people do you think would be able to focus more on their personal health if the gym and the trainer could come to them instead? Imagine, a trainer comes to your door and parked close by they have brought all the needed equipment needed for that day's work out -- you barely have to leave the house, let alone make it all the way to the gym. Can you imagine any exercise program being more convenient or easy to follow?

I have come up with a concept of mobile gym, a gym that comes to your home with an effective trainer that is ready to help you get the most out of your workouts.
