Motivate N.B.A basketball players

The game of basketball, primarily, involves the continuous struggle of the teams for about 45 minutes in defending their sides, while striking the ball at the demarcated floor, hanging on and throwing efficiently to the basket. The team success is intensified through reducing their faults and making the opponent team to commit errors. Contrary to the game of football, basketball seems to involve many such faults. The opponent team gains scores when the ball is turned over, when a free throw is misdirected, when the team members commit personal errors and leaves the buckets, etc. Giving away opportunities to opponent teams to gain the scores easily mark the failure of the team. (O'Donnell, 2004) It is expected of the players to have confidence on the team members and play as a team with full throttle.

Except Memphis Grizzlies, NBA could not exhibit remarkable success in this season. The seasons dominated by Grizzlies provides enough justification for the attraction towards NBA. The movement of Grizzlies to Memphis and victory over Bryant "Big County" Reeves at the first phase is yet not seen as remarkable in comparison to their performance during 1995.
