The research study entitled, "The impact on the cultural diversity to employees' job satisfaction between mainland China and Taiwan: a comparison of Taiwanese invested companies" by Chuan-Cheng Wu and Yu-Chen Chiang (2007) looked into the effect of cultural diversity to employees' satisfaction among mainland Chinese and Taiwanese employees.
