The fact that they planned and were able to commit the murder is a sign that this person is not well balanced. Instead, they are more than likely someone who is mentally disturbed enough by not thinking about how to conduct these activities on a regular basis. (Blinn, 1950, pp. 729 -- 735)

This is when the person could be considered to be a serial killer or mass murder. The reason why, is because these individuals are planning out in advance how they will conduct first degree murder. The only difference is the number of people that are being killed. As a result, anyone who is involved in these kinds of activities does not have a balanced mind, spirit of physical body. (Blinn, 1950, pp. 729 -- 735)

These elements are showing how all members of the community must help to be able to support effective personal development. This is because the experiences that they are having will have an impact upon: how they see the world around them and the rules that society has in place.
When someone is taught from an early age to respect these laws, is the point that they will develop some kind of strong associations in complying with these guidelines. (Blinn, 1950, pp. 729 -- 735)

Over the course of time, this will help to strengthen the character of the community by instilling a sense of values upon everyone. This is when they will respect the rules that are in place and the rights of others. Once this happens, there will be less chances of seeing violent crimes such as first degree murder. Moreover, there will be positive mental, spiritual and physical development. This will provide everyone with the opportunity to live a balanced life that will address a host desires they have. In the future, this reduces the chance of premeditated and deliberate first degree….....
